David Gilman is the President and Co-founder of G&S Executive Resources, and has over 12 years of executive level recruitment experience within the technology industry, specifically around SAP Consulting, IT Outsourcing, Application Outsourcing, BPO, Infrastructure Services, as well as an in-depth understanding of the Global Delivery Model. Some of his clients included, EDS, PWC, KPMG, Siebel Systems, JD Edwards, SAP America, Oracle Corporation, among many others. This experience combined with another 7 years of entrepreneurial search work as the former owner of David Allen Associates and President of G&S Executive Resources, has allowed him to serve as a valuable resource to clients and candidates in the technology industry. Brian Sulpizio is the CEO and Co-founder of G&S Executive Resources, and has over 12 years of executive level recruitment experience within the Technology and Pharmaceutical industries. His recruiting background includes 5 years of working for Frank Lennon at F.P. Lennon Associates, the former VP of North America Human Resources for SAP America, where he was consistently ranked as a top producer. Some of his clients at the time included Siebel Systems, SAP America, Ariba, PWC, Deloitte Consulting, among others. Brian then spent 5 more years within the pharmaceutical industry, specifically within Medical Writing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Drug Safety, and Medical Information. While at Research Pharmaceutical Services, RPS, Inc., Brian had the fortune of being part of a company that grew from 5M to 100M in about 5 years. He was consistently ranked as the top recruiter across multiple internal metrics, and was key in helping to build the internal Regulatory, Safety and Medical Writing function within a blended CRO/Staffing environment. A graduate of West Chester University (B.A. Communications, Minor Spanish), Brian is bilingual in English/Spanish and enjoys traveling.

Kevin Prior is the Managing Director of G&S Executive Resources, and has over 12 years of direct software sales experience, working for EMC, IBM, BEA Systems and Lucent Technologies. His software sales experience spans across different business application software solutions. Kevin has a keen understanding of the daily life of a business application/technology sales and business development sales person, and has quickly risen up through the ranks to take on the responsibility of Managing Director with the firm. He has consistently exceeded million dollar quota goals throughout his sales career and has ranked as a top producer at G&S Executive Resources. A graduate of West Chester University (B.A. Business Administration), Kevin is a father of two, and enjoys mentoring and grooming staff recruiters.
