HOWARD
L. ROSS
Howard
is a successful staffing industry strategist and
business entrepreneur with over 25 years of sales-driven
experience in team building, organizational consulting,
staffing and training. He was co-founder and President
of SR Data Services, a NYC boutique executive search and
consulting firm supporting the brokerage and banking
technology sector. He merged this successful niche
business with The Consortium, a multi-disciplinary
search, consulting and staffing firm, serving for
10+years as a corporate partner, Vice President and
division manager. During this period he successfully
reengineered his division into a multi-office,
multi-state temporary-staffing services force, making
the company a dominant regional success story. He
assisted in the merger of The Consortium with RCM
Technologies, a public entity. Since then, as
Co-President, Howard helped to reestablish a dormant
independent record label Wild Pitch Records, served as
Vice President and Managing Director for a major
national interim executive staffing firm and directed
its successful business turnaround, and Vice President
for Business Development with a regional technology
consulting firm, spearheading the company’s success as
an international help desk and applications development
outsourcing provider and staff augmentation firm. Currently, Managing Director of Bankers On Call, Howard
is building a permanent search division specializing in
providing middle and back-office operations and trade
support and finance professionals to the banking,
investment banking, brokerage and hedge fund
industries. He holds a Masters in Human Resources and
Management Development, with an Advanced Certificate in
Labor Relations from The New School for Social Research,

Frank Lennon is the owner of F.P. Lennon Associates,
a software sales and consulting placement firm. He
formed F.P. Lennon Associates in 1996 after leaving
SAP America, where he was Director of Human
Resources. His 8 years of service with SAP America
saw revenue grow from $3 million in the U.S. in 1989
to over $1 billion in U.S. software applications
sales. During his tenure at SAP America, he opened

and Computer Technology for over 10 years. He holds
